Implementing innovative architectural design solutions in the area of building and park architecture

The project envisages the provision of innovative architectural design solutions in the area of building and park architecture aimed at private, state and municipal clients. The company activities will include architectural surveys of large-scale and technical infrastructure objects and the subsequent development of architectural projects accompanied by photorealistic visualizations and video animation. Additionally, the company will apply architectural design solutions based on the principles of the so-called passive architecture intended to reduce the amount of energy utilized in the buildings by excellent thermo-insulation and by the utilization of natural sources of heat and light. The following two activities are planned as part of the project: 1) Provision of innovative architectural design solutions in the area of building and park architecture (hiring of qualified personnel, purchase of equipment and specialized software, renting premises, creating a webpage, elaboration of a marketing survey of the market for architectural design services in Bulgaria) and 2) Project visualization. The project outcomes will include: 1. Creation of 6 /six/ new work places. 2. Purchase of equipment and of specialized software. 3. Created webpage of the firm of the entrepreneur. 4. Elaborated marketing survey of the market for architectural design services in Bulgaria. 5. Creation of added value for society through the utilization of modern, high-precision equipment, which accelerates the process of architectural surveying and architectural design and reduces the customers' costs. 6. Reduction of the negative impact on the environment through the implementation of the principles of the so-called passive architecture, which aims to reduce the amount of energy utilized in the buildings by excellent thermo-insulation and by the utilization of natural sources of heat and energy, such as the solar and earth energy. 7. Providing sustainable employment to 4 persons.
