Market Realization of an Entrepreneural Idea: design of buildings and facilities and consultancy on architectural activities by HUSH ARCHITECTS Ltd

HUSH ARCHITECTS Ltd is a Bulgarian company established in December 2017 carrying out a main economic activity under CEA-2008 – 71.11. Architectural activities. The activities planned under the project cover the two eligible activities under BG16RFOP002-2.024 "Promotion of Entrepreneurship", in particular: activities for market realization of the entrepreneurial idea (design of buildings and facilities and consultancy on architectural activities) and activities for project’s visualization. The planned project activities are in line with the horizontal policies set out in Art. 7 and Art. 8 of Regulation (EC) No 1303/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council. The main Activity 1 for market realization of the entrepreneurial idea is divided in the following sub-activities: Sub-activity 1.1. A real process of providing building and facility design services and consulting on architectural activities Sub-activity 1.2. Create prerequisites and conditions for entry and positioning of the target market The project envisages that the sub-activities of Activity 1 will be implemented through the following resources, the costs of which are included in the project budget: 1. Human resources, including: recruitment of qualified personnel - 4 persons; 2. Tangible and intangible resources, incl. purchase of: 9 LTA, 1 LIA (development of a specialized software) and materials for 3D presentation of architectural projects - directly needed to carry out the process of providing the services to the clients; 3. Rental of work space in Bansko Town for 17 months. 4. External services: 1 creating a website of HUSH ARCHITECTS Ltd. Considering the essence of the entrepreneurial idea implemented under the project, the project is in line with ISSS's thematic area "New technologies in the creative and recreational industries", in particular with the priority direction "cultural and creative industries".
