The entrepreneurial idea underlying the present project proposal is to create and develop a start-up enterprise - Zoi Sofia Ltd., which will present a new brand of leather products on the market. The company's portfolio will produce boutique leather products, initially starting with ladies' and men's bags, wallets and accessories such as document cases. For this purpose, a one-needle straight-stitch machine with a straight two-stitch stitch , an electronic thinning machine with a band knife, a chopper, a round edge machine, a slicing machine, a small compressor, and a shredder will be purchased and delivered. Four persons will be employed on alabor contract, a working space will be rented, market research and marketing strategy of the enterprisewill be developed, materials and consumables will be purchased, 140 pcs. leather boutique items - bags, spoons, document cases will be produced. Project team members will take part in at least 2 specialized exhibitions and / or fairs, as well as an Internet site of Zoi Sofia Ltd. will be developed. The mandatory visualization activities of the project will be fulfilled. The duration of the project will be 18 months and its budget -249 250.00 BGN.
