The project is presented by an entrepreneur - a woman over 50 years old. The idea is to develop a micro enterprise to develop own models and produce clothing for the whole family of the Mama, Dad and I in the Daisy Studio. A key feature of the product is its relevance to adults and children. Models will be constructed that will be graded in standard sizes for men, women and children. The garments can also be executed in individual sizes, pre-set by the customer. Products will be promoted through an internet site developed within the project. Daisy Studio brand will work with state-of-the-art, state-of-the-art equipment that delivers uncompromising end-product quality. The workshop will employ professionals with experience and individual attitude towards each client. The project envisages the purchase of DMA - modern high-tech sewing machines, which will ensure productivity, high quality products and will allow efficient saving and absorption of production resources. Sustainable employment will be ensured by the contractor - tailor and his team - modeling-constructor and glazier, who also performs additional operations (a person with TELK is not subject to evaluation). Qualified staff will be recruited and not subject to evaluation - 8 people. Employees employed in the project are provided with salaries. Some of the materials needed to start production will be purchased and delivered by approved suppliers. The project idea is clearly market-oriented and will provide a social effect while adding value to sustainable environmental development. It falls into the thematic area "New Technologies in the Creative and Recreational Industries" of ISIS because it is directly related to fashion design. The expected results foresee sustainable economic development of the enterprise, as the business plan provides for a weighted EBIDTA value of BGN 30,204.
