Encouraging of entrepreneurship in TECH ENGINEERING Ltd.

The project is related to provision of services for preparation of engineering projects for facilities for food industry by promoting the activities of an engineering bureau. Within the project it will be prepared commercialization and realization on the market of service for design and development of the "Technological" part of the investment projects for production sites or separate installations in enterprises of the food industry sub-sectors. Within the project two activities will be implemented: 1) Realization of entrepreneurial ideas on the market - 4 experts will be hired in stages. (engineer-technologist, engineer-constructor, engineer-systems for food processing and drafting), incl. disabled person. The activity continues with selection and hiring of a workplace in the town of Kardzhali. In parallel, a supplier selection procedure will be carried out and workstations will be purchased and deployed - 4 pcs, multifunctional device - 1, wide format printer - 1 pc. and server system-1pc. and design software - 1pc. The developer will prepare documents for registration in the Chambers of Architects and Engineers in Investment Design. The project team will be involved in preparation of a set of standard technological processes in food processing industry and a set of conceptual scaling models-1pc. To promote sales and commercialization of services, a contractor will be selected to develop a marketing plan for the services for the design of facilities for food products. Its presence will give objective view of the state of the market and approaches will be marked to promote service provision. The project ends with creation and launching of a web-site of the enterprise. 2) Project visibility- the activity will be carried out with strict observance of requirements for visualization, awareness and publicity. After the project end, the company will retain on labor contract and under the same conditions all the team members, incl. person with disability.
