Livestream Ltd is a start-up company, established by Jacqueline Tancheva in November 2018, in order to develop own production and broadcasting of television programmes. In order to implement its plans, the company plans to carry out the following activities under the project: 1) Market implementation of the entrepreneurial idea to produce and broadcast own television programmes, by purchasing a shooting equipment set, universal video production studio and on air mixer, specialised software and renting of a work premise in Blagoevgrad, website development, development of market analysis, participation in 1 international exhibition and employment of qualified staff of 4 people, including a person with permanent disabilities. 2) Project visualization The company envisages to ensure sustainable employment for 3 persons hired under the project for at least 6 months after the end of the project. The implementation of the project will enable the entrepreneur J.Tancheva to start and successfully develop her own business in one of the priority sectors for the creation of new enterprises, addressing European and regional challenges, namely the production and broadcasting of television programmes. The university education and the long-term professional experience of the entrepreneur in the television industry, combined with the envisaged purchase of professional equipment and the recruitment of qualified staff will ensure the successful launch and development of the planned business, providing a strong guarantee for growth of sales and the profitability of the operation, thus ensuring the sustainability of the entrepreneurial venture in the long run. Apart from the above-mentioned basic economic result, the project activities will also have an accompanying environmental and social effects stemming from the specifics of the planned business and the creation of envisaged sustainable employment for a part of the hired personnel.
