BEST GEO LTD. was incorporated in 2018 in order to carry out a lady-entrepreneur’s idea to create integrated geodetic survey services via laser-based site and object scanning and to offer digital geodetic analytics who has got appropriate track record and expertise also in applying state-of-the art methods and digital technologies in performing land and site surveys and reports. A market feasibility study showed geodetic survey services users find it hard to obtain sufficiently accurate, wide-scale and fast services from current service suppliers on the market. Thus the idea to apply an uniform approach in offering highly-accurate geodetic services using state-of-the art laser-based technologies for site and object surveys and analytics was conceived. This entrepreneurial idea falls in the scope of the Informatics and ICT Topic under the Bulgaria S3 Strategy, and more specifically in creating a new process for scanning sites while offering geodetic services via 3D digitalization, visualization and prototyping and using new opportunities in relation to ICT-based services and systems. The Entrepreneurship Project will create market advantages for BEST GEO LTD. via opening new jobs and growing steadily by launching a new entrepreneurial idea on the market for integrated geodetic survey services via laser-based scanning in which also there will be offered site and object 3D inspection and 3D visualization, as well as site and object modeling. Assets will be acquired and services will be rendered under the Project to carry out the idea, as a qualified competent team will be also hired to ensure BEST GEO LTD.’s sustainable development.
