Encouraging of entrepreneurship in REASON Bureau Ltd.

The project is related to provision of services for preparation of architectural projects by encouraging the activity of an architecture bureau. Within the project it will be prepared commercialization and market realization of design service, covering all parts of the investment projects (architectural, constructive, plumbing, heating, ventilation and air conditioning, energy efficiency, safety and health plan, fire safety, technological, landscaping, interior and furnishing, preliminary sanitary control, etc.). The project team will carry out 2 activities: 1) Realization of the entrepreneurial ideas on the market - 4 experts will be hired in stages. (Architect 1, 2 and 3 and Draftsman), incl. disabled person. The activity continues with selection and hiring of a workplace in Lovech. At the same time, a supplier selection procedure will be carried out and a PC configuration will be purchased and implemented - 4 pcs., Multifunctional device - 1, LS Printer-1, Server system - 1 pc. and Project Design software-1pcs. The staff will be involved in development of software packages of construction and building elements, basic computer animations for visualization of facades and finished structures, documents for registration under the Chambers of Architects and Engineers in Investment Design, etc. To promote the sales and commercialization of services, a contractor will be selected to develop a Marketing Plan for Market Implementation of Architectural Design Services - 1 pc. Its presence will give an objective view of the state of the market and will mark approaches to promote sales. The project ends with creation and launching of the web-site of the enterprise-1pc. 2) Project preview - the activity will be implemented with strict observance of the requirements for visualization, awareness and publicity. After the end of the project, the company will retain on the labor contract and under the same conditions all the team members, incl. the person with disability.
