The company INITIUM ENGINEERING LTD is a newly registered company, which has set the ambitious goal to be among the innovators in Bulgaria in the sector of production of protective, sealing and casing parts and products made of plastics and composites by means of RIM technology (Reaction Injection Molding ). It is widely used in automotive, aerospace, marine transport, sports equipment, and home interior design. In the military industry, all defense systems for the soldier are based on this technology, such as treadmills in helmet, gauze and outfit. After market segmentation, the focus will be placed on market-proven products that can be offered to more competitive customers already using these products. Focus will be a product in the field of protection and interior such as car and marine interior and military and sports protective equipment. In achieving the high goals set, the company will rely on the experience and expertise of the Entrepreneur and Members of the Applicant's team on the one hand and on the other hand will rely on the high added value of investing in new specialized equipment. Through the 3-axis vertical center, thanks to its five axes, it is able to process and produce geometrically complex matrices without the need for other machining. The dispenser system is used to dispense the two-component product into a matrix instrument. After reaction of the product in the matrix, it fills the mold and solidifies in the defined shape with the desired texture, density and characteristics. The newly-registered enterprise will develop its main economic activity in the sectors related to overcoming European and regional challenges - C22.19 "Manufacture of other rubber products".
