The company 5Atelier Ltd. is a newly registered enterprise, which has set the ambitious goal of being among the innovators in Bulgaria in the field of providing complex services of engineering and architectural character. In achieving the high goals set, the company will rely on the experience and expertise of the Entrepreneur and the members of the applicant's team, on the one hand, and on the other hand will rely on the high added value of investing in new high-tech equipment and specialized software. With a view to the successful penetration of a highly competitive market, a market analysis will be developed to assist the start-up company. The technique and software to be purchased under the project will allow the application of modern methods of work in the field of providing complex engineering and architectural services. The expert team of the company includes experienced engineers and architects whose high level of education and professional experience will allow them to offer a variety of complex services to their clients, including the development of complete investment projects with the accompanying them: - feasibility studies - design documentation and engineering drawings; - coordinating restructuring in the relevant bodies with subsequent changes to the plans; - major repairs and authorship supervision of the project implementation; - interior projects and completion of the object with furniture and various decorative materials. - Certification of the building or interior by different green building certification systems. The newly-registered enterprise will develop its core economic activity in the sectors related to overcoming European and regional challenges - M71.12 "Engineering activities and technical consultations" and M71.11 "Architectural activities".
