Development of an entrepreneurship idea of Boginake Ltd.

The essence of the entrepreneurial idea proposed for funding under this project is the development of a start-up enterprise - Boginek Ltd., which develops as a business idea the creation of a home for elderly people in accordance with the Social Assistance Act and its Implementation Rules, including offering a complex of social services in a commercial way, outside the usual home environment of retired people or with dementia, based on a full-board or semi-boarding center, social work and medical assistance. For this purpose long term material assests will be delivered and installed - TV (55 inches); 42 modules, including bed with mattress, small chest, large chest, bedside table, wardrobe with 2 wings; washing machine; fridge; dishwasher; dryer, multimedia server; 2 pcs. mobile computers; vending machine - coffee, vending machine - common. Seven employees will br hired on on a labor contracts - ordiantor on a four-hour working day and a nurse and five social assistantas on an 8-hour working day for 16 months, a workplace will be hired for16-month, a market research and marketing strategy will be developed, materials and consumables will be purchased - 42 pcs. 32 inch TVs for each guest, 42 mini refrigerators and 14 air conditioners. An internet site of Boginex Ltd. will be developed. The duration of the project will be 18 months and its budget will be BGN 249.310.
