Encouraging of entrepreneurship in ELFO Engineering Ltd.

The project is related to provision of services for preparation of projects for electricity distribution facilities by encouraging the activity of an engineering bureau. Within the project it will be prepared commercialization and realization on the market of service for design and development of part "Electrical (electricity, el. equipment and el. installations)" of investment projects for sites and facilities regarding transformation, transmission and distribution of electricity. Within the project two activities will be implemented: 1) Implementation of the entrepreneurial ideas on the market - 3 experts will be hired in stages. (Engineer-Designer 1, 2 and 3), incl. a person with disability. The project continues with selection and hiring of a workplace in Lovech. Simultaneously, a procedure for selection of supplier will be carried out and the following will be purchased and implemented: PC configurations - 3pcs., large format printer - 1pc, server system - 1pc. and design software-1pcs. The entrepreneur will prepare documents for registration according to the Act of Chambers of Architects and Engineers in Investment Design. The team will prepare a set of typical power distribution units-1pc. and develop a set of conceptual models for scaling of composite electrical equipment-1pc. In order to promote sales and commercialization of services, a contractor will be selected to develop a Marketing Plan for market realization of design services for electricity distribution facilities-1pc. Its presence will give objective view of the market state and will mark approaches to promote provision of services. The project ends with creation and launching of a company web-site-1pc. 2) Project visibility-the activity will be carried out with strict observance of the requirements for visualization, awareness and publicity. After the project end, the company will retain on a labor contract under the same conditions all the team members, incl. the person with disability.
