Encouraging of entrepreneurship in FID Engineering Ltd.

The project proposal is aimed at creating and developing services in the field of façade engineering and the design of façade external electrical installations and complete façade constructions with lighting design by encouraging the activity of an engineering bureau. Within the framework of the project, the following services will be developed: design of standard external electrical installations to façade constructions and design of architectural lighting exterior installations, offering unique design approaches to the lighting of buildings. The project proposal includes 2 activities: 1. Activity for realization of the pre-sale market. ideas - it will be realized by hiring expert staff - 3 (Design Engineer 1, Engineer-Designer 2 and Designer 2) as one of them will be a disabled person. Next step in the implementation of the activity will be the renting of a room / engineering office for the services in the town of Lovech. After a selection procedure for contractors will be purchased: computer configurations, wide format printer and design software. The entrepreneur will prepare the necessary documents for registration under the CAEID Act. The project team will produce a set of standard façade electrical installations and conceptual models for non-standard lighting. For the marketing of the services of the company, a contractor will be selected to develop a marketing plan for marketing realization of façade electrical installation services, and a website of the company will be created to stimulate the interest of the clients. 2. Project preview - Activities will be implemented with strict observance of the requirements for visualization, awareness and publicity. Upon completion of the project, the company will ensure the sustainable employment of all persons by the expert staff, including the person with permanent disabilities, while retaining the original terms and conditions of the employment relationship.
