Smart Architecture Projects at Studio BAUFORM ARCHITECTS

The main objective of the project is to encourage the realization of the entrepreneurial idea of the newly established company Bauform Architects for the market realization of architectural design services. The specific objectives address individual parameters that will create the prerequisites for successful company development - team formation, provision of office space and tangible assets for the work of the team, Internet site development, launch of targeted marketing activities in line with a marketing plan, launch of active services and sales. The realization of the project is aimed at meeting our basic need for appropriate human, material and other resources enabling us to build our value proposition to clients - high-quality architectural design fully in line with customer requirements, from the idea to the supervision of implementation. The project covers two activities: market realization of the entrepreneurial idea and visualization of the project. Within the first one, the team will be recruited, we will rent an office, the necessary equipment will be purchased, the company's site and marketing plan will be developed. During the second activity we will provide a proper visualization through stickers, posters and publications. As a result of the conditions created by the project we will have the opportunity to design quality sites in aesthetic and functional terms, in compliance with the principles of environmental protection, according to the best international practices. We will create high-tech and eco-houses, as well as a new generation of production premises - efficient and well-organised. We will attract our initial customer base. This will enable us to generate revenue and implement our business plan, to ensure sustainable employment of at least 3 people in our company after the end of the project and to continue developing and establishing the company in the architectural design sector in Bulgaria.
