Through entrepreneurship to sustainable business

The present project is aimed at developing an entrepreneurial idea for the production of metal products and parts. By purchasing a high-output machine for the production of metal parts, the company will enter and position itself permanently on the market. The development of technologies and production of mainly spare parts for the automotive industry, machine construction and instrument construction is foreseen. The project envisages the purchase of a lathe-milling/cutter/ machine, a machine for laser marking of information on the products and a sharpening machine. Investing in these machines will enter into a prospective market niche. The machining of metals on a high-tech machine provides for the production of units and parts with high added value, maximum structural accuracy and minimum labor and consumable costs. The technology and equipment allows the production of serial and retail serial parts, as well as of single units, of costly parts of machines and equipment, of unique details in its complexity. The activities envisaged for implementation under the project are related to the introduction of new production processes, a wide range of products and services, energy cost reduction, increased export and resource efficiency in the "Mechanical Metal Processing" department. They will be realized through investments in TFA, and will be purchased: 1.Strug-milling machining center 2. Laser marking machine for metal 3. Stream machine The results of the activities are:  A wide range of manufactured products and services  Development, acquisition and production of new details and assemblies  High production capacity  Increased revenue from sales  Low cost of products  Increasing the added value of the products  Stable market positions on the domestic and foreign markets According to the long term planning, the realization of the project proposal will lead to the achievement of sustainable durability of "AQUATERM SA"
