Development of the activity of "Doctor B - Ambulatory for primary medical care in dental medicine - individual practice" Ltd

Doctor Bi-APMCDM-IP Ltd. was founded in 2018 with the main subject of activity "Dental medicine-consultations, diagnostics and treatment; therapeutic and orthopedic dental services; performance of radiographic examinations; dental aesthetics". Within the framework of the present project proposal is envisaged the development and marketing of an entrepreneurial idea for the development of an outpatient clinic which besides conventional dental services, will develop dental implants as a priority activity. The ambulatory has a great potential for development, as dentists who deal with dental implants are only a few specialists across the country. For the realization of the entrepreneurial idea is formed a team of qualified persons with medical education, specific knowledge and skills as well as professional experience in the field of dental implants. It is also necessary to provide high-tech specific equipment to assist medical professionals in the diagnosis, treatment and monitoring of patients. The implementation of the project will lead to the realization and marketing of an entrepreneurial idea for highly specialized medical services in sectors related to overcoming European and regional challenges. The planned project activities are: 1.Activity for realization of the market of an entrepreneurial idea, which will be implemented by employing qualified personnel and purchasing of tangible fixed assets. 2.Activity for visualization of the project. The expected results are: established and developed Ambulatory for primary medical care in dental medicine; market realization of the entrepreneurial idea; created sustainable workplaces; positive impact on the sustainability of the newly established company; achieved growth of the company through the realization and marketing of entrepreneurial ideas. Also on a global scale will be achieved environmental and social impact of the realization of the entrepreneurial idea through efficient and responsible use of resources
