Creation of an architectural studio by BEAR DIGITAL ART

The project envisages the realization of an entrepreneurial idea by BEAR DIGITAL ART in the field of architectural activities in the town of Kyustendil. To achieve the set goals, a high-quality studio will be created for the design of residential and industrial buildings and sites that fully meet the regulatory requirements and meet the expectations of investors. Architectural activities will involve designing new sites as well as repairing and repairing existing ones. The main activities that will be carried out will be the complete design of a technical investment project in its individual phases - both conceptual and technical, as well as the implementation of investor control and author supervision. In order to be able to respond adequately to the expectations of the clients, this project proposal provides for the recruitment of experts with many years of experience as well as the purchase of the technological equipment necessary to secure the work process. The target group to which the entrepreneurial idea is directed are investors who aim to carry out new construction or to restore and repair existing sites. They can be private individuals, as well as large companies, including various municipal and state institutions. The purpose of this project proposal is to create an architectural studio in Kyustendil by offering quality services for achieving high results. The main activities to be implemented under this project proposal are: 1. Implementation of the entrepreneurial idea market (the activity will be realized by employing staff - 3, purchase of tangible assets - 7); 2. Project outline (the action will be implemented in accordance with the 2014-2020 Single Beneficiary's Guide to the Implementation of Information and Communication Rules).
