Urban Angels - Delivering innovative social services, products and care for the elderly people through a digital platform

"Urban Angels" offers new products, services and technologies for the elderly people, accessible through an ICT platform and will include: monitoring and telemedicine related to the EC initiative "Active and healthy aging"; more traditional services: health tourism, relocation after retirement, additional medical and wellness procedures, home services, social patronage, hourly visits and on-demand services, homework assistants and personal assistants; food supply, shopping, housekeeping, cleaning, transport, online stores and home delivery, which will lead to greater independence for the elderly, lower energy intensity of processes and higher resource efficiency and a healthier environment. The project will contribute to the sustainable, ecological and cost-effective development of the silver economy and will carry out two activities: 1) activities for the market realization of the entrepreneurial idea: employment of 4 people; purchase of tangible fixed assets - 5; development of specialized software; development of methods, models, technologies and a package of services for the elderly; purchase of materials for the pilot testing - sensor platform with intelligent watch - 15 pcs. and 15 tablets, economic and financial evaluation; market research and marketing strategy; protection of industrial property; development of a website; participation in specialized forums. Renting an office for a period of 14 months. 2) Project publicity and visualisation. The project will be implemented on the territory of the Northwest region - in Vratsa. It falls in the thematic area of ISSS "Healthy lifestyle and biotechnology" and has a significant environmental impact. The entrepreneur is a woman over 50 and has considerable experience in the field of the entrepreneurial idea. We plan to create 3 sustainable jobs. Project's duration is 14 months, with BGN 186839,35 grant. The estimated net sales revenue is 142,75% and the estimated EBITDA is 16,36 %.
