Urbanization in green

The project "Urbanization in Green" by design studio Bold Ltd. unfolds the entrepreneurial idea of ​​arch. Margarita Temelokova for the realization of a design and architecture bureau in Blagoevgrad to offer its clients modern, functional and beautiful solutions with an emphasis on innovative concepts for green buildings and passive houses.The company applies for financial assistance through OP "Innovation and Competitiveness" in order to support the realization of the entrepreneurial idea and to establish the company as a sustainable and competitive subject in a dynamic and perspective market niche. The project includes a comprehensive argumentation on the feasibility of the entrepreneurial idea, including a description of the specific activities and the associated costs leading to its implementation; an analysis of the efficiency of the entrepreneurial initiative and of the possibilities for marketing the produced commodity, as well as a plan for the financial profitability formulated in the Business Plan. The project proposal also includes measures for energy efficiency and sustainable development, conditions for the creation of sustainable and sustainable employment of qualified specialists and added value through a wide-ranging social effect. The project and the activities and costs included therein fully correspond to the eligible ones specified in the Applicant's Terms. The objectives and results envisaged serve to overcome the challenges to the sustainability and efficiency of the Bulgarian economy in terms of economic activity, entrepreneurial profile and territorial prioritization. In addition, the entrepreneurial idea proposed for funding categorically falls within the Thematic Areas of ISIS, the New Technologies section of the creative and recreational industries, as it offers the development of a business plan in the field of cultural and creative industries (architecture and design) priority for the specific planning region - Southwestern Bulgaria.
