AESTHETICS FROM METAL

ESTMET EOOD is a newly established company, which aims to start with the help of this project designing and producing of design and aesthetic models of fences, railings and interior solutions by mechanical machining of metal. The entrepreneurial idea is mainly aimed at investors and architects, who are increasingly focusing on the aesthetics of facades and common areas in buildings. A special segment of construction is the buildings designed for rural tourism, such as guest houses and small family hotels. To them, authentic style and uniqueness is an important element related to potential consumer interest. These types of tourist sites are often associated with a return to our old traditions in the field of architecture and interior furnishings. Aesthetic metal products are particularly suited to them, both in the construction of new buildings and in the renovation and restoration of old ones. The individuality and uniqueness of the buildings is a very important aspect of the real estate realization and therefore the products manufactured by ESTMET EOOD will be produced on individual projects. The overall objective of the project proposal is the start of a new business that will lead to the sustainable development of our company, and the main project activities related to the realization of the entrepreneurial idea are the purchase of the specialized equipment necessary for the production, hiring of qualified experts and production personnel, purchase of materials and consumables. The assets will be delivered and put into operation in the premises rented in the town of Gotse Delchev. A detailed market analysis will be carried out during the implementation of the project and on this basis a marketing plan will be developed for the successful realization of the entrepreneurial idea. A website will be set up within the project to build and expand the company's awareness and, in particular, the entrepreneurial idea.
