Equiping, starting up and business development of a High-tech dental laboratory

The project proposal of the candidate SOF CAD LTD. is aimed at launching and developing of an entrepreneurial initiative in the field of dental medicine. The idea of the entrepreneur PAVLINA DEMIROVA is the equipping, starting up and market validation of a high – tech dental laboratory for the development of temporary and permanent indirect dental restorations. The company aims to cover the growing demand for similar products on the Bulgarian market, specializing in 3D design and high-tech milling and polishing of various types of crowns, veneers, on lays, inlays, bridge constructions, prostheses, bushes, surgical guides, abutments, etc. The project includes the following activities: setting up a team of specialists, starting the activity and preparing for entering the market, and for this purpose the following costs will be incurred: - Delivering of the necessary technical equipment; - Wages and social cost for the members of the project team; - Cost of renting a work space; - Expenses for developing a web-site. Following the outlined strategic framework and thanks to the funding, SOF CAD will implement a successful and sustainable business model to meet the specific demand in the segment.
