Market Realization of an Entrepreneural Idea: counseling, orientation and other similar services to children, adults and families by assessing the cognitive development and executive functions of children at the age of 5 by i-Cognito Ltd

i-Cognito Ltd is set up in 2018 and carries out main econ. activity under CEA-2008-88.99. Other social work without accommodation,not elsewhere classified. The activities planned under the project cover the 2 eligible activities under BG16RFOP002-2.024Promotion of Entrepreneurship, in particular:activities for market realization of the entrepreneurial idea(counseling, orientation and other similar services to children, adults and families by assessing the cognitive development and executive functions of children at 5) and activities for project’s visualization. The planned activities are in line with the horizontal policies set out in Art.7 and Art.8 of Regulation(EC) No1303/2013 of the EP and of the Council. The main Activity 1 for market realization of the entrepreneurial idea is divided in the following 2 sub-activities: 1.1.Carrying out a real process of providing counseling,orientation and other similar services to children,adults and families 1.2.Create prerequisites and conditions for positioning of the target market The project envisages that both sub-activities will be implemented through the following resources,the costs of which are included in the project budget: 1.Human resources, including: recruitment of qualified personnel-6 persons; 2.Tangibleamp;Intangible resources, incl. purchase of: 10 LTA needed for innovative provision of services through a mobile app and 1 LIA-specialized software; 3.External services: 1 developing a market analysis and marketing strategy; 1 web-site’s creation; rent a working space in Cherven Briag Town for 17 months and participation in 2 events in the country(1 conference and 1 exhibition). Considering the essence of the entrepreneurial idea implemented under the project, the project is in line with ISSS's thematic area "Industry for Healthy Life and Bio-Technology", in particular with the priority direction "personal medicine, diagnostics and individual therapy, medicinal and pharmaceutical forms and agents".
