Opportunity for development and sustainability "ZAFI-GRUP" Ltd

As a result of the market research and on the basis of the analysis a market niche was established for the production and realization of pellets from biomass.The Encouragement of Entrepreneurship procedure creates conditions and opportunities for realization of this entrepreneurial idea.The project proposal is aimed at the creation and development of a new company ZAFI-GRUP for the production of pellets, using the raw material obtained after the industrial processing of the wood,namely the wood waste from this processing.The realization of the project idea will take place in the town of Batak,which is located in a mountainous region rich in coniferous wood and with a significant number of companies with productions in the field of industrial processing of wood-furniture and others.The municipality has a high unemployment rate of 17.8% and the real lack of good opportunities for alternative employment in the region.The municipality is characterized by an insignificant share of enterprises operating in sectors with high added value and a significant share of enterprises in which there is no innovation activity.The utilization of the biomass from the wood processing sector is in line with the Municipal Development Plan 2014-2020,Specific objective Increasing the competitiveness of SMEs through the introduction of new technologies and innovative practices.In order to achieve the results set out in the project proposal, activities that are in line with the purpose of the procedure for the establishment and development of a new enterprise will be implemented,namely: 1.An action to realize the entrepreneurial idea market, which includes:1.1.Purchase of a pellet production line,1.2.Designation of 5 Qualified Persons,1.3.Purchasing of raw materials necessary for the realization of the project proposal 2.Project visualization activity The expected results from the implementation of the activities will also contribute to the achievement of the indicators set in the project
