Realizing an entrepreneurial idea of "VARNA ARCH PRO" Ltd.

"VARNA ARCH PRO" Ltd. is a newly-formed enterprise with the main economic activity "Architectural Design" with code KID-2008 - M71.11. The economic activity to be applied for is a priority area of ​​the sectors related to overcoming European and regional challenges - "Architectural activities". The market niche in which the entrepreneurial idea will be realized has high potential for development and broad economic applicability. In order to provide architectural design services, the project proposal provides for the purchase of a 1 Drawing Plot - (TFA №1), 1 Large Format Laser for Architectural Models - (TFA №2), 3 Permanent Licenses for Architectural Design Software - (ITFA №1), For the purpose of the project, the entrepreneur will rent 1 issue of work space in Shumen. As a result of the implementation of the project, sustainable employment will be ensured for at least four persons, one of them with permanent disabilities. By implementing the envisaged assets, effective delivery of architectural design services for energy-efficient residential, public and industrial buildings / premises will be achieved, creating added value for society and positively impacting social integration. The implementation of the project will contribute to the efficient and responsible use of natural resources and to the sustainability of environmental pressures. The expected result of the project implementation is to achieve the competitiveness of the newly created enterprise by realizing the entrepreneurial idea market. This will lead to stable economic growth, sustainable employment and a positive impact on environmental protection.
