The current project proposal is focused on a realization of entrepreneurial service for creating of architectural three-dimensional models of spatial environment by laser scanning method and 3D modelling and for their use as its management tools, as a response of the real needs of architectural practice for innovation technologies implementation. ARCHITECTURAL STUDIO D and K Ltd. identifies the current entrepreneurial idea based on its estimated market potential, the expertise and education of the staff to carry out it and the value added of the service. These architectural activities are widely used in: Geodetic recording and mapping; architecture, urbanism, building and installation construction; planning, analysis and control of disasters and accidents; identifying causes of traffic accidents as well as possibilities of their prevention; archeology and objects of cultural heritage and many other. The main market advantage of this service is that after project completion the innovative practice developed will find a broad practical application in the urban management and mainly in working with spatial environments including separate groups of buildings, neighborhoods, architectural monuments and cultural-historical heritage, difficult to access terrain and so on. For the above described entrepreneurial idea there is currently an open market niche in Bulgaria. The architectural activities have a high added value and are in a process of sustainable economic development. To be able to implement its entrepreneurial idea, the company needs to hire qualified personnel of 4 (four) persons on labor contracts who will implement the architectural activities; purchase of Long-term tangible assets – 4 items – different type and functionality of measuring and copying equipment and making of website. All this will have a cumulative effect on enabling the company to offer long-term niche services of good quality in the market.
