Encouragement of entrepreneurship in Inolux Jay Ltd.

The entrepreneurial idea which is the object of this project is the market realization of “sustainable clothes” – women’s clothes fully produced of natural materials, highlighting sustainable planet development, environmental protection and care for customers’ comfort and health. The trend for using “sustainable” clothes or the so-called environmental fashion is one of the most innovative and sough-after fashion aspects that pay equal attention to the product’s design and its production and long-term creation consequences. By taking customer attitudes into account as well as the latest fashion trends, Inolux Jay Ltd. is focusing on this market niche, which demonstrates a huge development potential. In order to implement the entrepreneurial idea, the company needs the following resources: + Human: hiring 4 experts with the necessary education, qualification and professional experience in a field similar to that of the entrepreneurial idea. The persons will be provided sustainable employment for at least 6 months after the project’s completion; + Tangible: providing the company with the necessary production equipment, materials and consumables; + Intangible: 1 CAD system for interactive clothing design, rental of work premises for 14 months and expenses for hired services for the development of a marketing plan. In view of the project’s focus, it falls into the priority area of Innovative Strategy for Smart Specialisation (ISSS) – “design, incl. fashion design”, part of the New Technologies in Creative and Recreative Industries thematic area. Expected outcomes: + an implemented entrepreneurial idea with a huge potential for market applicability; + sustainable employment for the project team; + enhanced entrepreneurial capacity and competitiveness of Inolux Jay Ltd.; + ensuring the start-up’s sustainable development.
