Development of conditions for sustainable economic development of "LOANBO" Ltd.

Loanbo is a newly created company operating in the field of research and development, consultancy, etc. By analysing the presence of mass alienation in family communication, which is caused by parental commitment and which leads to misunderstanding and disrespecting the interests and talents of children, we have identified the unused niche market. It covers the provision of specialized socio-pedagogical services to a wide range of families to develop social and special skills of children at pre-school and primary school age. By working in a workshop the guidance and consultation services are aimed at achieving an optimal communication environment for parents, children and specialists and improving the social development of adolescents at the same time discovering and stimulating their creative talents. An innovative model for social guidance and consultation through interactive and gaming techniques in a workshop or remote through a specialized online platform will be developed. The entrepreneurial idea will be realized in Pleven, where the company is registered. For this purpose, a room for the creation of the workshop and for positioning the necessary equipment and materials will be rent. A team of 8 experts with long-standing relevant experience and qualifications will be formed and hired. An important aspect is the social and environmental effect. A person with over 50% of permanent disabilities will be appointed and this will provide the opportunity for social integration of disadvantaged people. As a result, the implementation of the project will provide social and creative development and integration of people from other vulnerable groups. The digitization of implementation processes of the project idea will contribute to the improvement of the impact and sustainability of environmental management. The project falls within the thematic area 4 part of the ISSS. An 18-month implementation period and total investment of BGN 249 846 are envisaged.
