Creation of a model of social services for reintegration into the labor market with GOLD M.H Ltd

The company "GOLD M.H" Ltd. is a newly registered company which has set the ambitious goal of being among the innovators in Bulgaria in the social sphere. Providing specific care from the social sector aims to support and motivate people from vulnerable groups to engage in employment and active social life. Psychological support includes mainly techniques for coping with stress and raising self-esteem for those involved in the activity. Acquiring skills to successfully tackle the workplace and / or adapt to working conditions. Methods of psychological support are a means of promoting health and shaping motivation and the need to lead a healthy lifestyle. The motivation is related to stimulating and directing people to acquire skills for active behavior on the labor market, to acquire / enhance professional qualification and / or employment. In achieving the high goals set, the company will rely on the experience and expertise of the developer and members of the applicant's team on the one hand and on the other hand will rely on the high added value of investing in new specialized equipment. By purchasing a viral reality system for patients with neuromotor diseases and combining with the most up-to-date methods of clinical psychology and sensory room, the company will have the power to diagnose as accurately as possible the cause of the illness that affects the diseases, then by adding reality, psychotherapy and exercises to influence the representatives of the target group in order to overcome the consequences of the diseases. The newly-registered enterprise will develop its core economic activity in the sectors related to addressing European and regional challenges - Q88 "Social work without accommodation".
