Encouraging of entrepreneurship in FRAMEWORKS LTD.

This project proposal is aimed at developing the production of various wood products - wooden details, profiles, sills and blanks, focusing on frames and subframes for paintings and photographs created according to the specific wishes of the client. Freemurks Ltd. aims to cover the needs of the Bulgarian market from quality wooden products, and plans to implement 2 business models: - B2B - the product portfolio of the company will be realized through partnerships with specialized companies offering framing of paintings and photographs or sale of wooden products; -B2C - through the internet platform that the company plans to build, end customers - artists, photographers, museums, galleries, etc. will be able to make an individual order according to their personal preferences. - For its realization, Freemurks Ltd. will hire a team of engineers and woodworking specialists as well as buy the necessary FTA for the design and production of the wooden products and achieve competitiveness based on quality against the background of global trends. - For the purpose of the project, suitable production facilities will be hired in the town of Dupnitsa. -To promote product sales, a contractor will be selected to develop a Marketing Plan for sales of -1pcs, which will give an objective view of the market situation and mark approaches to promoting the supply. -The project ends with creation and launching on the web site of the enterprise-1 pc. The company will strictly adhere to the requirements for visualization, awareness and publicity. Freemurex Ltd. believes that successful innovations, modern technologies and novelties in the field of design in woodworking bring higher revenues, increased sales and added value of the products.
