Sustainable growth with increased capacity and poductivity

Stelman Ltd is an established manufacturer of high-quality concrete mix. The production list of the company includes concrete with classes from the lowest to the highest, meeting specific design requirements and environmental impact, water tightness, aggressive environment, frost resistance, etc. The biggest challenge for the development of the company is the sustainability and expansion of its market position in a globalized competition and dynamically changing market. The performed analysis of company's activities highlights the need to invest in high performance and efficient equipment to overcome the limitations on:  • the bottlenecks in the technological process of production of concrete mixtures and  • the high production and operating costs of outdated equipment for providing flexible pricing policies and resource sustainability In this respect, the project activities are aimed at: • improving the production processes by investing in new high-tech equipment: a front loader for loading the sand and a combined bagger loader for the feeding of a felt to the concrete plant. • introducing new technologies to improve resource efficiency and efficiency by investing in a front loader. Through this equipment, high-tech solutions are being implemented, contributing to a more productive and responsible use of resources: Hi-mate system for automatically recommending the most economical mode of operation and weighing system to determine the exact amount of material. Successful implementation of new equipment will increase the productivity and efficiency of production costs. Conditions will be created to reduce the cost of goods sold and improve the company's resource efficiency. The implementation of this project proposal will lead to Stelman Ltd's competitiveness and will guarantee its sustainable presence on the market of building materials
