Increasing the competitiveness, improving the capacities and the export potential of "PAVOLES" EOOD by upgrading the highly specialized equipment

"PAVOLES" Ltd. is active in the sector 1624 - Production of wood packaging. The company produces wood pellets as the input raw materials are purchased in a dimensioned form. The company relies on offering a wide variety of high quality and quality wooden pallets. The company has proven the high quality of its products by gaining a significant market share in sector, while at the same time establishing stable partnerships with clients and suppliers. For the past ten years, the company has gone a long way to expanding production capacities. Despite the current tight market conditions and high competition, the company is receiving growing queries for more and more orders in ever larger volumes that define the potential for steady growth.In order to increase its production capacity, "PAVOLES" Ltd. has to optimize the production processes by introducing a new generation machine, namely a pallet forging, which has many times higher capacity, performance and precision and provides better quality compared with the equipment used so far. The current workload and the built-in customer network provide confidence to the company in the investment decision aimed at delivering the highest world class equipment to complement the investments already made and bring the company to a qualitatively new stage in European markets. The project foresees the purchase of tangible fixed assets, which aim to strengthen the competitive advantages of the enterprise and to improve the production capacity. The implementation of activities is directly linked to the introduction of new technologies to improve resource efficiency and efficiency in the production process. As a result of the PAVOLES EOOD project, it will achieve shorter deadlines for order execution and higher quality products with maximum cost efficiency, creating potential for export and capacity enhancement.
