Improvement of the production capacity of Bames Ltd

The project proposal includes support for general production investments to improve the production capacity of BAMES EOOD through the efficient and efficient use of the production factors. By investing in new, modern, low-energy and resource-efficient technologies, the project will improve production processes and increase productivity in BAMES EOOD. Additionally, the tangible fixed assets provided for purchase will create the opportunity to diversify the range of products and services of the company. With the purchase and the introduction in the production of new machines the possibility of implementation of new technological operations, for which no own production capacities are currently available will be expanded. Investing in the planned to be purchased tangible fixed assets (TDAs) will also ensure the addition of new features as well as the improvement of the existing products and services of the company. The proposal foresees the delivery of 15 types of machines (47 machines in total), some of which are fully automated to increase the company's productivity in the production of the main article of the company so far - wax jackets under the brand "Barbour" and the other part are related to enabling the production of glued-stitched articles with membrane and Gore-Tex technology. The third set of assets planned to be purchased are those that are lacking in the firm, and it is currently required that part of the business processes to be outsourced, which is a constraint to boost productivity. Delivering them will reduce the dependence of the firm on outsourcing and will ensure a normal rhythm of the production process. The project proposal also includes the compulsory activities for visualization of the grant, which will be implemented according to the existing requirements.
