Enhancing the Production Capacity of Elit Style EOOD

This project proposal is aimed at increasing the production capacity and enhancing the export potential of ELIT STYLE Ltd., respectively guaranteeing its sustainable competitiveness. For the implementation of the set objectives and results, activities to support general production investments are envisaged to improve production capacity for growth through effective and efficient use of production factors and information and publicity of the project. For the best results, the identified problems and needs of Elite Style Ltd as well as the objectives of the present procedure are guided by the selection of activities. The activities are selected in order to ensure the achievement of the goals, results and indicators set in the project, respectively to contribute to the achievement of the objectives of the grant procedure - BG16RFOP002-2.031 "Improving the production capacity in SMEs in the territory of the LAG" Dryanovo - Tryavna - in the heart of the Balkan Mountains ". At present, the company has a potential market for larger volumes of production, but insufficient production capacity does not allow it to meet market volumes and a variety of products. The shortage of machinery and equipment as well as the inadequately high technology level of the present equipment are one of the reasons why the company can not satisfy the demand of its customers. As a result of the implementation of the project, machinery and equipment will be purchased as well as a CAD system, the implementation of which will lead to the following results: - increasing the production capacity of the company; - productivity gains; - increasing the efficiency of production costs; - an increase in export earnings; - adding new features and improving existing products and diversifying the range of products; - Improving resource efficiency and efficiency in the production process.
