Improvement of the production capacity and enhancing the export potential of Metaloleene - Dryanovo ltd.

Metaloleene - Dryanovo Ltd. is a small enterprise established in 2004 with main activity - production of cast iron moldings for mechanical engineering.The strategic endeavor of the company has always been to develop and look for opportunities to introduce new technologies to help increase its competitiveness and meet the demand of its customers. Following this direction, the current project has a main aim of increasing the production capacity and enhancing the export potential of the company. The project will be implemented in Dryanovo and falls within the ISIS thematic area of Mechatronics and Clean Technologies. Specifically, the company aims to increase productivity, improve the manufacturing process related to the technological operations of mixing the foundry soil, sifting the foundry soil for molding and cleaning the finished castings of malleable cast iron for mechanical engineering from the residual casting through the introduction of high-performance equipment; effective and efficient use of production factors to improve resource effectiveness and efficiency in the production process by reducing production costs for raw materials (metal), electricity and labor; expansion of production by improving the production of cast iron moldings for mechanical engineering, which are incorporated as basic elements / details in the production of mechatronic units (electric hoists and other machines). As a result of the project implementation, the company will create prerequisites for improving its competitiveness, attract new customers and reach new national and international markets. As a result of the implementation of the project, the company is expected to further grow its export activity, its productivity will increase by 5.39%, the efficiency of production costs will improve by 4.489%, and positive impact on environmental protection will be generated.
