Improvement of production capacity at Aqua Service - BG Ltd.

Aqua Service - BG Ltd. is a company for design, production and equipment for parachutes - parasailing. It was established in 2008 with the main activity falling under the code NACE.BG 13.92 - Manufacture of made-up textile articles, except apparel. The main objective for the strategic development of the company is sustainable growth and maintaining and developing the level of competitiveness. With the realization of the investments envisaged in this project, the company will fulfill a large part of the set goals and activities in its strategic plan: - Modernization of production processes through the introduction of technologies to improve the production process, achieving higher productivity that meets the needs of the market, reducing production costs and optimizing production processes; - Higher efficiency by increasing value added and improving product quality; - Increasing the degree of internationalization by creating prerequisites for increasing export potential; - Creating new jobs. The project activities will lead to an increase in the production capacity of the enterprise and a subsequent increase in the export potential, through the purchase of modern machines, which will help to improve the quality of the finished products, increase labor productivity, optimize production costs, increase production costs. the resource process efficiency and reduced volume of manual operations and improvement of safe working conditions. During the implementation of the project the following machines will be delivered and put into operation: - Cutting system - 1 pc .; - Printer - 1pc. As a result of the introduction of new equipment, many of the processes in production will be optimized, production quality will be improved, production costs will be low, production time will be reduced, efficiency, productivity, added value will be key factors to increase competitiveness.
