Support for general production investments to improve the production capacity for growth of BELOTEX - 95 AD

The project proposal includes support for general production investments to improve the production capacity of BELOTEX - 95 AD through effective and efficient use of the production factors. By investing in new, modern, low-energy and resource-efficient technologies, the project will improve production processes and increase productivity in the company. In addition, through the intended for purchase fixed assets will provide the opportunity to diversify the range of products and services of the company. With the purchase and the implementation in the production of new machines, the possibility for implementation of new technological operations, for which no own production capacity is currently available, will be expanded. The investment in the planned long-term tangible fixed assets will be ensured by adding new features as well as improving the existing products of the company. The proposal foresees the supply of 15 types of machines (42 machines in total), with low power consumption, part of which are fully automated to increase the productivity of the company in the production of bed linen, blankets and shawls, which are the basis of the product list of the company and the other part are related to the provision of the possibility of production of new products - medical work and construction work clothes. The third set of assets planned to buy (steam and electric Industrial ironers) are those that are lacking in the company, and it is now required that part of the work processes to be outsourced or done manually (ironing) which is a productivity limitation. Delivering them will reduce the dependence of the firm on outsourcing and will ensure a normal rhythm of the production process. The project proposal also includes the compulsory activities for visualization of the grant, which will be implemented according to the existing requirements.
