Improving the production capacity of SBN-VIOLETA BESHIROVA EOOD

The activities envisaged in the framework of this project will be implemented on the territory of the Local Initiative Group “Kirkovo - Zlatograd”. The project aims at enhancing the competitiveness of the local economy and the opportunities for supporting the local business by creating an environment for increasing the productivity and the export potential of small and medium-sized enterprises on the territory of the Local Initiative Group. Improving the production processes, increasing the production capacity and enhancing the export potential of small and medium-sized enterprises will lead to the promotion of entrepreneurship and the creation of sustainable enterprises that will ensure employment for the local population and opportunities for raising its income. This project envisages an investment in modern equipment leading to the introduction of technological solutions for increasing the resource efficiency and effectiveness of the production process and creating an environment of sustainable development for the company to permanently increase its competitiveness. To achieve this goal, the company plans to purchase the following: 1-needle, direct-drive machines for two-thread lockstitch; 3-needle, P-shaped double-chain machines; electronic sewing machines with a high-speed bar tacking sewing system; electronic 1-needle two-thread chain machines; electric scissors; seamless bonding machine; seam bonding machine; pneumatic rotary bonding press with a band width of 900 mm; vacuum and blowing ironing tables with a side arm and a stand to optimize the production process and contribute to improving the quality of production. The project involves time-bound activities and ensuring the achievement of the expected results. As part of the activities, the applicant has foreseen project management, holding a procedure for selection of a contractor under Decree of the Council of Ministers No. 160/2016, delivery of the equipment and visualization of the project.
