Improving the production capacity and increasing the productivity of "Doroslava-02" LTD through investments in fixed assets

Doroslava-02 LTD is a small enterprise, established in 2008 in Kableshkovo, Pomorie Municipality. Since its establishment, it has been developing in the manufacturing sector. The main NACE code (NACE-2008) for the financial year of 2017 is 22.23 "Manufacture of builders’ ware of plastic " - production of PVC window frames. The quality products made in time makes the company a preferred partner, both in the construction of new buildings, as well in the renovation of older residential and public buildings and hotels. In recent years, the enterprise has experienced some difficulties in terms of production capacity - it is increasingly difficult to meet the growing demand. This fact, accompanied by an increase in production costs, has a negative impact on the company's growth potential. This leads the manager to look for opportunities to upgrade production equipment in order to increase production capacity and increase productivity and company's product quality. The applicant's project proposal is related to the purchase and implementation in the production process of machines for optimization and automation of the production processes, for improving the quality of the production and for improving the resource efficiency. The project proposal's purpose is to invest in the purchase of PVC production machines, which will ensure sustainable growth capacity and will enable the export potential to be increased while at the same time achieving sustainable employment of the workers on the territory of Pomorie Municipality.
