Increasing productivity and export potential of Demet Ltd.

With the implementation of the current project, Demet Ltd. will be able to buy a new dust collection plant, which will capture the fine particulate matter obtained from the mechanical treatment of wood in the production of parquet, veneer and plywood. They will be collected in a special bunker and they will produce wood chips. A complete closure of the production process and the realization of waste-free production by the company will be achieved. The company will be able to produce high quality wood shavings for our customers - companies that produce chipboard boards and we will be able to meet their high requirements. The complete leaching of fine particulate matter will help reduce timber consumption in the production of wood chips, which will give our company a significant competitive advantage - reducing the consumption of wood as a raw material will provide us with an end product at a lower price. This will increase Demet Ltd's export potential, increase productivity and improve the company's manufacturing processes. The expected results - improvement of Demet Ltd's market presence by introducing new technology to improve the production process, achieve higher productivity, reduce production costs and optimize the production chain, increase value added and actively integrate in all phases value added chain, strengthening the export potential of the company. Activities will be carried out to improve the production processes of Demet Ltd. and Information and Publicity Activities. The project will be delivered, installed and put into operation 1 pc. Dust-collecting installation. 15 new full-time jobs will be unveiled in the company.
