Increasing productivity and export potential of KEMAL Bozov ET

The applicant fully complies with the eligibility conditions of the procedure, such as: - has its headquarters and address of management and carries out its activity on the project within the territory of the LAG - Kotel, Sungurlare and Varbitsa; - the applicant is a medium-sized enterprise - the applicant has realized net sales revenue for the last three financial years over BGN 3 000 000. - the applicant operates in sector C16 "Manufacture of wood and of products of wood and cork, except furniture; manufacture of articles of straw and plaiting materials'. The main activity at the time of the applicant is the processing of forest products. With the planned investment in a pallet production line, the applicant will diversify its product portfolio. The activity applied for is fully eligible under the OPIC 2014-2020, respecting the demarcation principle with the RDP 2014-2020 , where pre-industrial activities are allowed before the industrial processing of wood. The production of pallets is the production of products through secondary industrial processing of wood and is not eligible for support under the RDP 2014-2020. This project proposal provides for the supply of a new palletiel for the production processes of the applicant. The commissioning of the pallet forging will increase the overall productivity of the applicant, diversify its product portfolio, which will lead to new markets and increase its export potential. Built-in machines are the latest generation with innovative technology to reduce energy costs and manufacturing marriage. The implementation of the investment will bring about the production of a new product in the applicant's enterprise and will improve its competitiveness. The investment will lead to an increase in industrial production, which will lead to the opening of 7 new jobs and the creation of sustainable employment.
