Ensuring the sustainable development and growth capacity of BETA CABEL ELECTRONICS Ltd. by supporting the entrepreneurial idea of ​​investing in modern production technology

This project proposal is aimed at realizing an entrepreneurial idea related to the realization of an investment intention leading to the creation of the necessary prerequisites for increasing the competitiveness, growth capacity, sustainable development, job security and creating prerequisites for the opening of new ones. The entrepreneurial intention is based on identifying and assessing its market potential, which is in direct connection with the optimal choice and implementation of a modern high-tech automatic crimping machine. It has a surplus value for both the company and the General Toshevo Municipality as a whole, due to the economic benefits expected from the improvement in financial performance. The product from the realization of the entrepreneurial idea is aimed at meeting the needs of the automotive industry from a variety of high quality cable systems and established standards. For the realization of the idea, the entrepreneur has analyzed and identified the needs of: hiring an additional qualified personnel consisting of 2 persons in positions - "Mechanical engineer", "Machine operator, production of cables" and purchase of "Automatic crimping machine" 1 pcs. , increasing production capacity and ensuring competitiveness and growth capacity. Realizing these activities will have a positive effect on the company's ability to manufactures and markets high quality products with high added value. The investment embedded in this project is key to the realization of the entrepreneurial idea and to overcoming the capital dependence of the company in its start-up period while attaining it sustainable development of the company. Through the implementation of the planned activities, entrepreneurship will be promoted, conditions for new jobs, competitiveness and, as a consequence, economic growth and development.
