Improving the production capacity in "Sibon-Mash" Ltd.

Small and medium-sized enterprises play a major role in the development of the Bulgarian economy. They are a key source of job creation, added value and new business ideas. In this respect, the efforts of our country to create a competitive and sustainable economy are directly dependent on supporting the development of SMEs because they are most sensitive to changes in the business environment. In this respect, it is necessary to implement a targeted policy, which will lead to increased productivity and expansion of the market presence of the Bulgarian SMEs' foreign markets. In support of the above, the current project envisages an investment in tangible fixed assets related to the expansion of the capacity of an existing business object - "Sibon-Mash" Ltd., which will increase the capacity of the already produced products, which will lead to increase of its competitiveness. In order to achieve this goal, the company plans to purchase new equipment - a vertical machining center occupying a central place in the technological process of processing metal products that will support the manufacturing process by offering greater precision and speed in the processing of metal parts and components. Successful implementation of the project requires realistic planning of the entire process, a balanced distribution of the activities over time and its linking with the objectives set in the project guaranteeing the expected results. In this respect, the project envisages the implementation of an activity for improvement of the production capacity of the applicant, including implementation of the following sub-activities: management, conducting of a procedure for selection of contractor under LMFESIF and PMS 160/2016, delivery of the equipment and realization of visualization measures. The main outputs of the project will be to improve the production capacity of the applicant, the quality characteristics of the products, increase its competitiveness and its export potential.
