Improving the production capacity of Raymar EOOD

The current project proposal was initiated by a small enterprise from Kresna, which produces natural stone products - garden equipment, cladding materials, pavements and more. A serious problem for the enterprise is the capacity for curb and wild production, which can not meet their growing demand for foreign customers. he need for the activities envisaged under the project is determined by the main problems currently de- fined: an obsolete and slow method of production; high cost of products; poor quality of production; overproduction of raw materials; real risk of lagging behind competitors in the industry. A tangible investment in an asset is foreseen that will extend the production capacity of the pavers and curbs, eliminate manual labor, and improve production processes. It will overcome problems in production, save basic resources and improve the quality of finished products. The project envisages increasing production for the domestic and foreign market and sustainable development of the company. The chosen funding regime is de minimis. The project proposal falls under the thematic area "Mechatronics and Clean Technologies" of ISIS because it includes investments in a line equipped with a single control, sensors and sensors with application in production. The investment will provide improved production capacity across the enterprise and will increase production speed. This will provide a higher added value for an enterprise that expects a growth in net sales revenue, an increase in export earnings, and an increase in productivity. When implementing the project, horizontal policies for equality and non-discrimination will be respected and environmental sustainability will be achieved.
