Improving the production capacity of EN DES Ltd.

Need In reference to the growing market opportunities in the market of EN DES Ltd. and the technological challenges facing our production, we need to invest in new equipment to improve the production processes and increase the capacity of the enterprise. With the project investment we will overcome the problems arising from the use of old technologies and external cutting services, as well as insufficient production capacity and difficulties in achieving high quality products. This will ensure the competitiveness and sustainability of the company as factors for its successful development. Goals The overall objective of the project is to contribute to enhancing the competitiveness of the EN DES and to create export potential for the company's products. The specific objective of the project is to improve the production capacity of the company at a key stage of the technological cycle by purchasing 1 CNC plasma cutting machine. Activities In order to achieve the set goals, the following activity is envisaged: "Activity to improve the production capacity of EN DES", which will be implemented by purchasing 1 tangible asset - CNC plasma cutting machine. Expected results Acquisition of the asset within the activity will help to achieve: - improvement of the production processes - change of the cutting process with a qualitatively new technology compared to the previously used - reduction of production costs - elimination of external cutting services, elimination of stages of the production cycle, increasing staff productivity, reduction of raw materials costs and reduction of the generated waste /flaw. - Enhancement of the products offered - Improved shear quality allows for greater precision in the properties of the products with fewer treatments and additional work. The project is implemented in one of the priority areas of ISIS and is in line with horizontal EU policies.
