Improvement of the production capacity in VIKTORIA-05 Ltd

The Project Offer is focused on the improvement of the competitiveness of VIKTORIA-05 LTD - export oriented, dynamically developing medium enterprise from the production sector. It is experienced and with traditions in the production of energy saving and low-emission solid fuel heating appliances, designed for medium and high price segment households. The Product List covers wide product range with high added value: accuracy of the geometry, operation reliability, aesthetics development and superior design. Despite the good market positioning and the comparative advantages, the restrictions of the production process impede the policy for maintenance of product renewal and the production of a high-tech and ecological product - - pellet fireplaces and boilers with electronic control and automatic supply with maximal efficiency and minimal harmful emissions; that is why the market position of the Company is unfavorable with limited export capacities; it faces obstacles to utilize its experience and potential. The solution of these problems determines the needs of the Company to invest in a new equipment: Gantry Laser Machine, CNC lathe and CNC Hydraulic abcant. The market situation as well as its established position, are the challenges, forcing the Company to continue the development of its current production activities and to increase its production capacity. This will be achieved through the offered project activitie, which will be favorable to overcome the currently faced restrictions.The expected specific results after the project implementation are: Achievement of internal rate of return – 15.3797%, increasing of the productivity – 15.8773%, amendment of the average generated export incomes –30.7064%, increasing of net incoms – 30.0816 %.
