Improvement of the production capacity of "Tetamat" Ltd.

The company TETAMAT Ltd. was established in 2011 in the town of Pazardzhik. The company is doing business in the sector of high-tech production of food industry machines. The company offers complete manufacturing solutions, incl. and product design, divided into three main groups: packaging machines, transport equipment (elevators, containers, bands) and metal facilities (automation boards with specialized software). TETAMAT Ltd. offers both ready-made products and design and production on customer's individual assignment. This project proposal provides for the implementation of an activity to improve the production capacity of the applicant by putting into operation a laser portal machine for cutting metal sheets. As a result of the project implementation, results will be achieved, such as improved production processes, improved efficiency and cost efficiency, improved production quality. Conditions will be created to reduce cost and improve the resource efficiency of an enterprise by overcoming bottlenecks at the time of production, accumulated due to the lack of an individual technological opportunity for laser cutting of details. These positive trends will help develop the company and stimulate sales in the domestic and foreign markets. The project proposal falls under the thematic area "Mechatronics and Clean Technologies" of Innovative Strategy for Inteligent Specialization. The investment will provide improved production capacity across the enterprise and achieve process rhythm. This will provide a higher added value for an enterprise that expects a growth in net sales revenue, an increase in export earnings, and an increase in productivity. When implementing the project, horizontal policies for equality and non-discrimination will be respected and environmental sustainability will be achieved.
