Improving production capacity and enhancing the export potential of Union Kehlibar Ltd.

REQUIREMENT: At present, Union Kehlabar Ltd. is experiencing production constraints resulting from insufficient automation of the production process in many of the units and carrying out numerous additional corrective and finishing operations and processing (of different types of details); product quality dependence on the subjective professional experience of the technical staff; inconsistency in product quality; non-optimal performance. The problems described lead to negative consequences for the company as high production costs and lower than the desired production capacity. Within the project will be implemented an ACTIVITY FOR IMPROVEMENT OF PRODUCTION CAPACITY of the enterprise by acquiring and putting into operation of LTTA (10) and LTIA (1 pc). The activity is aimed at: - improvement of production processes; - reduction of production costs; - improvement of the products offered; as its implementation will meet the company's stated need, streamline processes across the entire production chain and expand production capacity. Consequently, the company will have a more successful presence in the domestic and foreign markets by increasing the volume of production. The implementation of the project will lead to the fulfillment of its OVERALL OBJECTIVE: enhancing competitiveness and enhancing the export potential of the enterprise. EXPECTED RESULTS from project implementation: 1) Increasing productivity; 2) Increase in net sales revenue; 3) Increase in export earnings. Project activities are in line with horizontal policies on equality and non-discrimination and sustainable development.
