Improving production capacity in "WELGA" LTD.

The overall objective of the project is to: Improve the competitiveness and enhancing the export potential of “Welga” Ltd. by improving the production capacity. Specific goals of the project: 1.Improvement of the production processes: increased production capacity and atomization of production process and, as a consequence, expanding the market presence on the domestic and foreign markets 2.Reduction of production costs by reducing the quantity of the waste generated by production, reduction of electricity for production consumption and respectively increase in the added value of production. The planned activity to achieve these goals is "Activity to Improve Production Capacity" targeting: - Improving production processes - Reducing production costs As a result of the implementation of the project “Welga” Ltd. will achieve the following main results: 1. Improved production processes – 2pcs. (modeling billet and cutting of preforms) 2. Increased total production capacity: 90,00%. 3. Reduction of the amount of waste generated in the production per unit of output on an annual basis in kg/yr. at the end of the first year of the implementation of the project: 66% 4. Reduction in the cost of raw materials, materials and external services per unit of product produced: 1,75 BGN/pc. 5. Project implemented in the area of (IS3): Industry for Healthy Life and Biotechnology – 1pc. 6. Productivity increase: 82.62%. 7. Change in average revenue generated by exports: 19.87% 8. Increase in net sales revenue: 67.12% 9. Internal Rate of Return: 15.18% 10. Positive environmental impact on natural resources and the environment Through the realization of the project “Welga” Ltd. will increase its competitiveness and will ensure a stable and sustainable market presence at the most adequate cost-benefit ratio.
