Imporoving the production capacity of Hettrick Ltd

"Hettrik" Ltd is a family run company, established in the fall of 1999, specialized in the production of sugar products and in particular halva, Bulgarian delight, fruit sliced and tahini. The company was the first to introduce fruit nougat halva in four different flavours to the Bulgarian market, creamed halva spread, as well as three types of mixed halva. The company also produces its own sunflower, sesame and peanut tahini. With the current rise of diabetes in Bulgaria, the company has focused its efforts in creating a range of products, suitable for diabetics. To be able to further pursue the expansion of the production capacity the company intends to invest in new machinery and equipment under the current project. Equipment which is to be purchased includes: Automatic metal cans seamer machine; coloid mill; flow packaging machine; automatic shrink-packaging machine; automatic labeling machine; semi-automatic filling machine; 2 industrial inkjet printers; stretch-wrapping machine; industrial packing system; dryer; 2 sugar syrup boilers; 2 electric stackers; automatic feeding line. The machines we intend to buy will ensure the improvement of various production processes, allow us to improve or ad add new features for our products, increasing product variety and improve the efficiency and efficacy of the production process. As a result we expect decrease in scrapped product, energy consumption, repair costs and day-to-day maintenance of the equipment. After completion of the current project, we expect productivity increase of 70% and an increase of exported production of 76%
