Improvement the production capacity and export potential of STOCK ENGINEERING Ltd

The project will meet the need to improve production capacity, reduce production costs and increase exports of automated donut machines, dispensers and lines for production of yeast donuts, aggregated modules for bottling lines. The execution of the project proposal will increase the productivity and quality of these machines, increasing the competitiveness of the enterprise. An activity to improve the production capacity of Stock Engineering is envisaged. Under of its implementation, two assets will be acquired - a laser cutting machine and a CNC horizontal lathe, necessary for precision cutting of sheet metal material and processing of details. More important direct results: 1) Improvement of the production capacity by upgrading the machine fleet in the direction of expansion and technological capabilities for quality and high precision cutting of sheet material and processing of the parts. 2) Improvement of the quality of the products offered to bulgarian and foreign producers from the food industry from the production sheet of the enterprise. 3) Reduction in the cost of raw materials by 20.41% after project execution; 4) Net sales revenue / total project cost increased by 31.31% at the end of the forecast period; 5) Increased net sales revenue by 13.73% at the end of the forecast period; 6) Productivity gained by 15.51% at the end of the forecast period; 7) Change in average revenue generated by exports by 25.23% at the end of the forecast period; 8) Improved resource efficiency by reducing the scrap after project execution from up to 5% to less than 1% and the amount of mechanical waste by 15.1% per production unit.
